SYTYCD Info

All info I have received about SYTYCD.
Meet at 9:15 am in front of Capitol Theatre.  Please read all info and attachment for dress code.  Pass on info to everyone you know who signed up to come.

Dress Code:
DRESS CODE IS STRICT!  ABSOLUTELY no apparel with logos of any kind on the front or back are allowed in the studio audience. ABSOLUTELY no t-shirts, sweatshirts, white clothing, shorts, or flip flops!  Please dress hip and upscale or as if going to a nice club. You will be on camera so it is very important that you dress nicely! When you look great, the show looks great!
IF YOUR GROUP IS NOT DRESSED APPROPRIATELY, YOUR GROUP MAY NOT BE ADMITTED!!!
RULES:  Please understand that we offer an opportunity for your group.  In return, your entire group must adhere to the following rules to ensure admittance.
* No backpacks or bags allowed in the studio. Small to medium sized purses are OK.
* You must stay for the entire taping of the show.  Since it is television, shows are subject to run longer than anticipated.
* A minimum of 10 people is required.
* Your Group must arrive on or before the scheduled time.
* No on-site recruiting. If you recruit ticket holders then your group may not be admitted.
* Your group may get turned away due to unforeseen reasons beyond our control.
* Must check-in with On Camera Audiences coordinator at front of line for official check-in and group amount confirmation.
* Must be at least 14 years or older to attend.  Please have all adults bring a government ID.  Kids are not required to bring an ID but encouraged to do so if possible. 
* NO CELL PHONES, CAMERAS, or other electronics permitted! Please leave these items in your car.
* VERY IMPORTANT: If you have difficulty climbing stairs and/or have any special needs, we are happy to accommodate. In order to reserve special accommodations, YOU MUST CALL OUR OFFICE AT 818-295-2700 at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled date. At that time, a confirmation number will be provided to you.  Due to the layout and size of some studio sets, special accommodations may be limited.  So, please call at your earliest convenience to check availability.

GROUP COUNTS:  We highly recommend that you invite 30% more people than originally booked to ensure that you utilize all of your reserved seats.  You MUST call to verify your group total 1 week before, the day before and the day of your scheduled appearance.  If you must cancel, please let us know one week prior to the event.  Because this is a television show, we CANNOT have empty seats; therefore, it is crucial that you call with any changes or cancellations.
We reserve the right to refuse admittance based on the above information.  Furthermore, we may cancel this reservation at anytime without obligation.

No T-shirts, hats, flip-flops, shorts, white clothing or clothing with logos allowed!  You must dress nicely for admittance. NO EXCEPTIONS!

PLEASE WEAR BRIGHT COLORS, BUT NO ALL WHITE CLOTHING

Jeans are allowed but must be in nice condition and worn with nice, formal top.  No holes, distressed areas or torn hems.

***No one wearing open toe shoes or heels will be allowed in. Please only wear closed toe shoes or flats. *****

Alwin Nikolais matinee Thursday Feb 2!!!

For those that wanted to go to Ririe-Woodbury's Nikolais performance "Kaleidoscope" please bring your permission slip signed by your parent and the receipt for $3 for the bus.   See you at 11:00 at the front of the school (you will be school excused for B3 and B4).  Bring your lunch to eat on the bus.
